Latitude 30 began with a clear point of view about how people want to live outside.
The fast-growing exterior design firm creates thoughtful, modern spaces built for long afternoons, loud dinners with friends, quiet mornings, and everything in between.
Based in Santa Rosa Beach along the 30A corridor, Latitude 30 designs luxury exterior environments shaped by sun, salt air, and real use. Their work carries the ease of coastal Florida, paired with the technical confidence to lead complex projects across the country.
When the co-founders partnered with Artifactual, they shared their vision for the brand: vibrant, capable, and deeply attuned to how clients actually live in (and just outside) their homes. We began by shaping their positioning and language, listening to how people described their favorite moments outdoors.
A pattern surfaced quickly. Clients who loved their backyards treated them like a ‘third place.’ While people often consider a ‘third place’ a coffee shop or gym, we found that Latitude 30’s clients treated the spaces just outside their back door in the same way.
From there, the story sharpened into this: Latitude 30 creates outdoor environments that bring your third place home. Their spaces are designed around individual rhythms, habits, and seasons of life.
Now, the team has a clear, confident brand that puts their work in the spotlight. From brand messaging, to colors, fonts, and imagery — Artifactual helped breathe new life and energy into Latitude 30’s story.
