Jackson Live & Event Center is a large events venue in Seymour, Indiana – the hometown of John Mellencamp – hosting everything from concerts and comedy shows to weddings, fundraisers, and community events.

When the owners first reached out to Artifactual co-founder Jake Engel, they needed a simple flyer and social media graphic. That initial project quickly turned into an ongoing creative partnership. Over the years, Jake has continued to support the venue’s growth through collateral design, content creation, social media, website design and management, and ongoing marketing strategy.

Through this partnership, Jackson Live has strengthened its online presence and significantly increased website traffic and conversions for private and high-value events. Today, Jake continues to collaborate with the team as the venue expands its reach – helping bring new audiences, artists, and experiences to life on the Jackson Live stage.
